Effective Immediately Sebastian will close its business office to the public due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns.

The situation with the COVID-19 coronavirus is evolving rapidly. Most recently, the City of Fresno issued guidance asking for all residents engaged in non-essential activities to “shelter in place” in their home. This may already be affecting you, depending on your industry.

How Will This Impact Your Services?

Certain essential services – including the maintenance of IT infrastructure – are exempted from the “shelter in place” guidelines, and our team can solve most issues remotely. If you need on-site assistance, we are asking our employees to take precautions such as maintaining “social distancing” (leaving at least six feet of space between individuals), frequent hand washing and sanitation, etc. We have seen an increase in the volume of requests from our customers (asking to relocate employees or set them up to work from home), so we ask for your patience as we work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Our alarm monitoring services will remain functional 24/7 as usual. Alongside these services, our technicians are readily available for any troubleshooting or installations as necessary.
