Effective Immediately Sebastian will close its business office to the public due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns. (still effective as of 5/27/20)

If you are making a payment – all payments made by cash or check may be left in the drop box.  If you are paying by cash, the entire payment will be applied to your bill, we are not able to give change.  A receipt will be mailed to you.  Please be sure to include your name including telephone, or account number, with your payment.  If you would like to pay by credit card and are set up for online billing, please visit our website or make a payment by phone at 559-846-9311.

Customer service agents will be available by telephone for any service issues or needs that you may have during the office closure.  Please contact our office at 559-846-9311.  Agents are available 24 hours daily.  Service technicians will be available as required.

Please rest assured that we will continue to ensure that essential communication needs will be met during this difficult time.  Sebastian regrets any inconvenience these changes may cause, but we recognize preventative measure like these and working together is the best way to protect everyone.
