Effective Immediately Sebastian will close its business office to the public due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns. 

If you are making a payment – all payments made by cash or check may be left in the drop box.  If you are paying by cash, the entire payment will be applied to your bill, we are not able to give change.  A receipt will be mailed to you.  Please be sure to include your name including telephone, or account number, with your payment.  If you would like to pay by credit card and are set up for on-line billing, please visit our website at www.sebastiancorp.com.  You may also make a payment by phone at 559-846-9311.

Customer service agents will be available by telephone for any service issues or needs that you may have during the office closure.  Please contact our office at 559-846-9311.  Agents are available 24 hours daily.  Service technicians will be available as required.

With the shelter in place order being extended to the end of this month, there are an increasing amount of people who are being laid off or working from home. For those that are parents, there are different layers of difficulties with working from home. We have provided some links below to assist those during these times. The situation with the COVID-19 coronavirus is evolving rapidly. Most recently, the City of Fresno issued guidance asking for all residents engaged in non-essential activities to “shelter in place” in their home. This may already be affecting you, depending on your industry.

How Will This Impact Your Services?

Certain essential services – including the maintenance of IT infrastructure – are exempted from the “shelter in place” guidelines, and our team can solve most issues remotely. If you need on-site assistance, we are asking our employees to take precautions such as maintaining “social distancing” (leaving at least six feet of space between individuals), frequent hand washing and sanitation, etc. We have seen an increase in the volume of requests from our customers (asking to relocate employees or set them up to work from home), so we ask for your patience as we work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Our alarm monitoring services will remain functional 24/7 as usual. Alongside these services, our technicians are readily available for any troubleshooting or installations as necessary.
