Sebastian wants to invest in your future and your retirement which is why our company will match your 401k contribution of up to 4%. We utilize John Hancock which has the ability to rollover all other retirement funds into one account for easy access.

Vision, Dental, and Health Coverage

Sebastian covers the cost of health, vision, dental, long term care, and life insurance for our employees. We also cover a portion of coverage for all dependents on the plan you choose. The two main providers we utilize are Kaiser and Blue Anthem.

APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM

Interested in a different path?

Sebastian has associations with both WECA and ABC, two reputable and established organizations that facilitate the growth of apprentices in a variety of fields. Both WECA and ABC offer electrical apprenticeships. WECA also offers a VDV apprenticeship and ABC offers a construction laborer apprenticeship.

Minimum Requirements:
– Must be at least 18 (WECA) or 17 (ABC)
– Must possess High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Process:
– Submit online application
– Written exam (pass/fail)
– Oral interview
– Drug screening
